What if your child started Yoga?
From the age of 4, beginning with a dynamic yoga of different sequences of postures. The child learns to stretch like a cat, jump like a grasshopper and stay upright and balanced like a tree! At this age it’s important to start playfully.
Is it a cerebral discipline?
No, yoga is above all a sensory discipline in which the children learn to move by playing games with the postures and mimes.
Can it be suitable for unruly children?
Yes, of course! Since it enables them to manage and channel their energy while at the same time teaching them how to relax. But it also gives shy children the opportunity to express themselves.
What are the benefits of yoga?
It encourages self-confidence and willpower without concern for performance. It enables the harmonious development of the skeletal and muscular structure of the body, strengthens the nervous system, nourishes and stimulates the endocrine glands which govern growth and development. It improves the circulation of the blood and the irrigation of the brain, which increases mental capacities.
So many good reasons for the kids to start yoga!
