Personal History
Native of Montpellier
Mother: psychotherapist for children and adults (Lacan, Dolto)
Father: stomatologist, qualified in acupuncture and homeopathy
After a Baccalauréat A, preparatory classes and a “licence de Lettres Modernes” (degree in French) at Montpellier, I obtained a “maîtrise de Lettres Modernes” (Masters degree in French) at the Sorbonne.
Contemporary dance and the plastic arts took me to New York where I stayed for four years. This is where I discovered Yoga and at the same time was able to improve my English.
Back in France, I continued to participate in dance performances and graphic exhibitions, and I began teaching yoga.
Since 1999 I’ve followed several personal development training courses.
